An opportunity to visit both the original Parsonage building where the new exhibition will be ‘Black Diamonds; Life Down the Pit’ with original drawings by Steve Chaplin. Weavers’ Cottage, next door, is also open to view. It’s an original 18th Century cottage dedicated to the history of Bedworth’s Ribbon Weaving Industry.
The exhibition includes a full-size cottage loom and examples of locally woven ribbons exhibited in Weavers’ Cottage.

Don’t miss Jurassic Bedworth!
Where did the dinosaurs live here?

A fantastic exhibition for all the family of dinosaur facts and games, plus lots of fossils include two found in Newdigate Colliery curated by Ryan Malpass.  Because we’ve had over 600 visitors in five weeks, dates have been extended by popular demand until late September!
